Misslim, a mystery revealed ?
After BAReeeeeeeeeeN and Hangry&Angry, the music market wants to play riddles ! Misslim, the "mysteious singer" that features in SoulJa's new single, should soon reveal her real identity. But we already know that the singer is....
... Yumi Matsutouya, a.k.a. Yumi Arai when she was young. The inimitable voice of the singer could not leave any doubt after listening to SoulJa's single and even the media were trying to keep the secret while giving some clues. And indeed, it would have been crazy not to take adventage of the publicity brought by Yuming's fame ! Misslim was the name of her second album released in 1974. Misslim is one more stage name for Yumi Arai a.k.a. Yumi Matsutouya a.k.a. Yuming a.k.a. Karuho Kureta ! The outstanding singer and composer wrote Kinenbi / home for a collaboration in a style we did not expect from her, that's why the secret could be kept for a while. But it should be totally revealed shortly, since SoulJa and Misslim will take part of TV show MelodiX! this Saturday, October 25. Also announced, Shouko Nakagawa, WaT, alan, Ikimono Gakari, and combo CLIFF EDGE/Tenjou Chiki.
