m.o.v.e goes back to its roots with a new album
m.o.v.e definitely leads a quite strange career, going from failures to failures, from uncertainities to uncertainities, and from surprises to surprises....
After the release of an anniversary best-of and of an only single which was as usual tied up with the INITIAL D licence, m.o.v.e returns to its work pace; that is to say one album every January. They will release their 8th original album on January 29th 2009.
This is a surprising release since m.o.v.e had completely dropped out of circulation several months ago. However, a few days ago, we learnt that m.o.v.e had just gone back to studio to record the album that has been announced today through several online retailers.
The as yet untitled album will include 13 tracks and is said to go back to the band's roots with a more dance/techno sound and with heavier beats.
No CD+DVD edition has been anounced yet. As for the CD album, it is available for pre-order on CDJapan.
