Hikaru Utada cheated on her man

Back in Japan for the promotion of her American album, UTADA confessed something surprising to a Japanese radio..

The Japanese press can always be relied upon to focus on Hikaru Utada's private statements, and we noticed it once again in its comments about her latest interview.

Sanspo was relieved to see Hikki in good health after she had declared on her blog, in November, that she had lost weight because of a unknown illness. The website also mentionned the differences between the American audience and the Japanese audience that Utada had talked about. Then it dwelled on THE big exposure of the day: the lyrics of her song Come Back To Me are autobiographical. Indeed Utada confirmed that this song expressed her uneasiness after she had cheated on her boyfriend. However she did not clearly named the man in question. But Sanspo indirectly ventured the hypothesis that it could be her ex-husband, Kiriya Kazuaki, before reminding listeners that "by chance", he will precisely be invited in the same studio next week to talk about his next movie.
